Shipping Policy

Please allow 2 business days for processing your order. So if you order on Monday, your product will ship on Wednesday; therefore we urge you to place your order as soon as possible ahead of your event.

Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or on a holiday will be reviewed the following Monday, be processed in 2 days and be ready to ship on Wednesday.

Currently we ship to the continental U.S., Puerto Rico, Canada, and Mexico.

 

What shipping options are available?

Standard Shipping:
Deliveries are made in 2 to 6 business days varying based on your zip code. Note that the products ship from Maryland.

Express Shipping

Need I faster?  Express Shipping is also available for those last-minute orders. Not available in all locations.

Please note: deliveries can occur as late as 8:00pm local time for the delivery location.

How do I determine when I will receive my order?

Whenever we ship your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including the tracking number.

You will receive an email from Customer Support if:
The billing address provided does not match what the credit card has on file.The shipping address provided cannot be confirmed.The shipping address provided is a PO Box and you have selected an expedited shipping method.

Additional Factors:

Custom or personalized Items require additional processing time (they will ship separately from any standard merchandise ordered).
